Steve Morrison Photography

My interest in photography began in 2005 when I took up scuba diving. After a series of increasingly sophisticated point-and-shoot cameras, I “graduated” to a DSLR in early 2013. In order to improve my underwater photography, I started shooting topside a few months later and discovered I enjoyed it more than underwater (and could do it more often). Although I still shoot underwater several times a year, my passion for photography is landscapes (particularly of Cape Cod), surfers and SUPers, abstracts, and wildlife (primarily birds and butterflies).

My gear: My primary camera is a Nikon D810. I am about to upgrade to the Nikon D850! I have a (mirrorless) Sony 6500 alpha as a secondary/backup camera. Underwater, I shoot a Nikon D7200 in a Nauticam housing.
